Who we are
Briovox is a business owned by Jorge Valdes (sole proprietor) in Las Vegas, Nevada. For any privacy question, email info@briovox.com or call (725) 444-5336.
What we collect
Contact form: business name, phone or email, what you're interested in and anything you type.
Calls to (725) 444-5336: answered by an artificial-intelligence receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and this is announced at the start of every call. We may keep your number, your name, the reason for your call and a summary. If a call drops, we may call that number back to finish helping you.
Bookings: if you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, phone or email and the time you picked.
WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us there.
Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate (page, browser, approximate country, referrer), without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies and your browser
This site uses no cookies. We only store your language choice in your browser (localStorage) and a temporary value (sessionStorage) so we don't switch your language twice. No cross-site tracking or advertising.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your audit or demo, schedule and hold your call, improve the AI receptionist's answers and prevent spam or abuse. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service, processing it on our behalf: Cloudflare (site hosting, form, email forwarding and analytics), ElevenLabs (AI voice, call recording and transcription), Twilio (phone line), Cal.com (scheduling), Google (our Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp, if you message us there). Also when the law requires it. We don't sell your data or share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details as long as we need them to help you and for normal business records. Call recordings and transcripts stay in ElevenLabs' and Twilio's systems until we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Text messages
This site does not sign you up for text messages and we don't send marketing texts. If you give us your phone number, we only use it to answer your request.
Your rights
You can ask what data we have about you, and to correct or delete it, by emailing info@briovox.com. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights and won't be treated differently for using them. We reply within 45 days and may ask for details to confirm the request is yours.
Nevada residents
We do not sell personal information. Even so, Nevada residents may send an opt-out-of-sale request to info@briovox.com and we will honor it.
Children
The site and service are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS and we limit access to data. No system is 100% secure, but we take care of what you trust us with.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date.
